Dr. Stevenson is dedicated to the assessment of cardiac risk factors and addressing life choices in developing a balanced and healthy lifestyle. He is also committed to acute care of patients in the hospital setting through invasive cardiac procedures including angioplasty and implantation of stents.
Born in Vancouver, British Columbia, Dr. Jon E. Stevenson graduated medical school from the University of Arizona College of Medicine. Dr. Stevenson completed his residency, cardiology fellowship, and interventional cardiology certification at Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center in Phoenix, Arizona.
Dr. Stevenson founded Valley Heart Associates in February 2011. He offers a full spectrum of services from general cardiology consultation to noninvasive CT angiography, coronary and non-coronary intervention (peripheral vascular disease, pacing, and PFO/ASD device closure).
Beyond his professional aspirations and accomplishments, Dr. Stevenson is the loving husband of pediatrician Sonja Stevenson and the proud father of two young sons.
